It's not easy to rank #1 for competitive markets... but our members are doing it everyday w/ a combo of our software system our training and our high touch expert help on our mastermind calls each week and our 1 on 1 strategy calls. 

We are also getting ready to start a small business as well (another YAY) and are trying to determine what software would be good to use?

Realtors tend to like this because no numbers-oriented person (software engineers, etc) one walks into my office and leaves without being in love with homeownership.

I'm just wondering if anyone has done this and what metrics they use or specialized software.

I'm not really sure how one would build software to automate much of the diligence process.  

The experiment is to see 1) if I want to shift my focus and do this full time. 2) Does it have value for people, can I create software that myself and others can to help this process 3) should build a company around it 4) I want to work with other big picture, like-minded people!!!!

Does anyone use or have a recommended skip tracing software to find out where owners of vacant properties are residing?

Hello,I am looking into forming a real estate syndicaton and just had a few questions:1) Is there good software package someone can recommend, not only for property / investement analysis but for investor return calculation and investor accounting (for Mac) something for excel maybe ?

Online tax software can help with simpler things like this.

I am a software systems engineer by profession, so writing my own calculator seems like the obvious thing to do :)  (Of course, seeing how others have done it can help me keep from making mistakes and it is free, so I did use it to double check!)
