@Brandon Trotter just like how you got "prequalified" to purchase your home you can also get "prequalified" when it comes to refinancing too. 

When rents and occupancy vary as seasons change, how do you average that out to enter it in the calculator?

I know this a tough time for a lot people, post hurricane disaster but I can’t help to think is this a buying opportunity in those areas?
