We did the Articles of incorporation, Operating Agreement, filing, etc ourselves, BUT (and it's a big but), before we filed, we ran it through a lawyer who charged us $150 just to browse over it and make sure it all looked good.

Don't get advice on Dodd-Frank or the SAFE Act off the internet forums, too many don't have a clue as to what they are talking about.....it's getting pretty frustrating having to follow those who insist on speaking on this topic with bad advice, you'd think people would get professional advice or stop going there, BP is getting full of bad lending advice, guess it's a free country. :)
