Curious if anyone has decided to invest internationally in parts of Asia?

I interned at a fintech company after my Freshman year, a private equity firm this past summer, and next summer I'm supposed to do an internship in investment banking. 

My understanding is as follows:Parent LLC - owns all cells and is the master LLC with managing rights etc.Individual or Series LLC(s) - created with simple documentation referencing the operating/company agreement, internal document and not recorded.

They may ask for a valid passport and proof of address.HSBC: HSBC offers international banking services for non-resident aliens.

And make sure you are working with a good Portuguese lawyer familiar with American / international RE laws.

Roof, sewer, siding, insulation, converted two car garage into fully permitted living space per 2018 International Residential Code, new kitchen with double appliances, increased bed count by 2 and increased bath county by 1.

I would like to buy property in international markets but I'm curious, is it difficult to buy multifamily homes as a foreigner?
