thanks guys......i must say that i have been to and on countless investing sites and forums..and by far biggerpockets exceeds my expectations and all others on the web.....just from browsing i sense biggerpockets has a somewhat REI family feel...where everyone wants to help and encourage anyone and everyone to excel in REI....I love it...Keep up the good work guys......I will definetly be sticking around.

In southern areas, the nasty black mold can be particularly difficult to abate.Just do some web research on mold abatement, there is a TON of info out there on dealing with the problem.
