I recently reached out to my guy (he’s a professional, does casinos, sports stadiums, public buildings, etc) for a bid and here’s his exact breakdown.

Fortunatly we never got on the Airbnb train, I remember too well what the last recession did to travel and tourism - I have seen it live in Vegas, empty casinos, 17,000 construction workers on the Aria City Center job sent home mid project.

I recall a fellow telling me that most people win in a casino; as I recall he had to borrow rent money after that experiment.  

I don't go to casinos to gamble. 

I am flying out there from Vegas this weekend 7-6 to 9 to learn and understand the market, meeting agents and people, looking into PM's and all.
