If you can buy owner occupied property at the lowest down payment and lowest interest rates, occupy for 2 years and move on to the next for a few years...you will have strong winds behind your back, in terms of cash flow and equity buildup.

Hey guys, Ofcourse I know you all have the capital to buy properties for cash, but what about the after sale?

Instead of walking away, I saw it as an opportunity and IMMEDIATELY submitted TWO simultaneous cash offers.

We are onboard with multiple purchases, and are extremely pleased with the cash flow and availability of our manager to answer our questions. 

I've done some research online, but I'm still not sure where to start.I'm looking for contractors who are experienced in flipping houses, have a good reputation, and are able to get the job done on time and within budget.I'm also open to any other advice you may have on flipping houses in Simpsonville.Thanks in advance for your help!

There is a lot of demand for Section 8 tenants, but the process can take 2-3 months so if you want to rent it out quickly, I would try and go with a cash tenant.
