I have a Roth Ira, and I was thinking of using some of my contributions for a down payment.I know you make withdrawals if your are a first time home buyer, which I did for my Condo.But I also understood that you could withdrawal any contributions you put in without penalties or taxes, as done of the withdrawals are earnings.Does anyone had experience with this?

I have not experienced that myself because I would never do that, but I have read about it.Not considered a high grade material, so not something you would really want to put in a million dollar home.There have been some incidents where some brands have contained physically harmful chemicals that off-gas into the home and make people sick.

They can tell you their maintenance last year was 0 but on average I find 10% to a pretty safeAnd subtract out whatever personal profit, for me at $75 per door, that I want to make sure I put in my pocket every single month without fail.Even use a mortgage calculator app to calculate at six and a half percent 20 years and it will tell me how much of a mortgage the property can afford.

You can go two different ways, if you want conforming mortgages, then put them in your personal name,,if you want to put them in an LLC, then use higher priced commercial loans.If you want to get the mortgage in your name, then put in an LLC,,thats fine, but the LLC will no longer give you the protection you think you have,,the financing is in your personal name,,,you on the hook.If your managing the property, involved in the rehab, or personally guarantee the financing, the LLC is no little to no value,,just get a large liability policy,,,,
