I author a blog dedicated to raising reader's financial IQ and I think what you guys offer here, on the site and here in the forums is valuable and would love to share Bigger Pockets with my subs.I have read a few of the books published by Bigger Pockets and will be reading more because, frankly I trust these guys.

BP is publishing a book on self-storage written by yours truly next year, but that is no help to you now.

I wrote a book on self-storage and it will be published by BP in 2020.

I've already got my Airbnb listing up and ready to publish. 

There are also web and app-based products you can subscribe to that aggregate property information. 

There are a lot of things to do such as lock financial accounts, police report, look into insurance coverage (embezzlement insurance is an extra fee and is not always included), in the case of my wife's board they brought down the web presence for 2 days, changing of passwords, etc. 

Some areas publish code violation properties.  

.- It will require the publishing of individuals names in LLCsSo I am unsure if this is too "political" to discuss on the forums but I thought it contained some very interesting and different plans with respect to renters and landlords and worth the try.
