Pick a color that is more neutral for your paint.

@Daniel Miller I didn't bid on the one on 15th but I know the property, it's about 2 blocks from my 5 unit in that neighborhood and painted a pretty similar color.

I have a basic printer and ink for it is fairly cheap (< $20 for a refill per color) but I do not know how it will hold up to printing massive amounts of yellow letters.

steve,remove that hidious carpet in the baasement. looks terrible.remove that bench next to the furnace too. paint basement floor graypaint basement walls whitepaint the upstairs in nice contemprorary color, not creamy color. did you ever paint the house or that's how you bought it?

There are many ways you can do this by touching up the appearance of the exterior & interior:• A new coat of paint throughout the house (bright colors)• Smart locks• Smart thermostats• A little TLC to the landscaping

Everett/Marysville/Lake Steven the assumption is a solid blue color area, so not high end finishes, but something durable but nice. 

Something with some color.
