Do any of you think a handyman service, focused on helping agents, help their clients quickly makes sense as a business for me?

If that is the case, and if you are clear on that goal, then focusing on acquisition is the obvious answer. 

It will be more profitable in the long run.Second, it sounds like you have focused on a geographic area in Florida.

I don't have time for bruised feelings and egos.. plus not much gets done at these its more social hour.. i am more results driven and focused..

But that takes a lot of effort.I'm focusing on Spokane, Oklahoma City and Indianapolis. 1% rule is pretty standard on most properties in these areas, and there is still room for a value add where you can get 1.5% or higher. 

Right now, we are focusing on soaking up as much information as possible.

I am looking to work in commercial real estate focused on multi-family or with a real estate investment firm.

As such, I try to focus of the processes and systems. 

My suggestion (after following Alina's) is to focus on saving as much as possible to put yourself in a position to invest and in the meantime it's education, education, education!

Looking forward to become an investor full time joined BP a while ago, however just became a pro to take all of PRO member advantages, I can see that most of the BP members are focused on investing in the US (a few other investors from other regions).
