Has anyone else noticed houses drying up compared to the past couple of years?

I wouldn't suggest advertising to everyone at the meeting you have $50K burning a hole in your pocket, but keep that as your ace up your sleeve so when that good deal presents itself you're already able to pull the trigger without having to secure the funds (because you spent all that money on a guru course)..
