The American Dream will prove to be a lie for them.But that's not what I worry about for my future.I worry that someday, someone close to me is going to come and tell me that their child needs medical care that isn't covered under their medical insurance, and I won't have enough money to write a check for them.

I will rent to someone who has never been evicted, has positive references from past landlords, and makes 3x rent, but has a low credit score of 525 (maybe because they missed a few medical bills or whatnot) any day over a person with a higher credit score (say 650) but has had an eviction filed against them, or has negative references. 

We ignore medical debts, student loans, foreclosures, and past bankruptcies (over two years).

To go from $5,000 to $60,000 these 2nd 3rd world countries have to go through an education, medical and legal improvement.   

We've had people with low credit scores, but their credit was perfect other than a couple of discharged medical issues, and we've had people with high scores but with almost all of their revolving credit maxed out. 

I’m intending to down the road buy a lake house 2-3hrs from where I live now and I want to manage it remotely so I can keep visitors checked in without having to travel.

Under contract needing a  close by end of week — Very hard to find  6 unit Multi family most units are 2-4 .. price In the 70k range per  unit.Aside from beach block only 1.4 miles from the VA medical center just across the bridge .

I travel for clients as needed and work in my office in Michigan. 

You can also get tax write offs if you travel to the property or spend money on the LLC for business.

Is there an insurance “pool” similar to the medical industry in which the entire partnership would pay into, but managed by an insurance company?
