We've got a place that I think could do very well, & would love tos tart exploring options.  

I just don't think it is a safe business model UNLESS you can take the property yourself if you can't get a buyer.

I’ve been thinking about getting into real estate but have been having a couple concerns before buying my first property. 

I’ve recently been thinking about renting out my current primary home (built & moved in 2019: value $550K: have a mortgage loan of 2.65%) and buying a new primary home (built in 2020: value $700K: thinking 20% down +80% loan to purchase) in the same area.

I was only thinking of a GC so I don’t have to interview multiple subs for each discipline.

From an appreciation perspective, over the long-term I don't think one will necessarily outperform the other by a significant margin.

Giving up a bathroom at first and maybe a room later to increase this area demonstrates a calculated approach to realizing the full potential of your property.It's important to think about a few important elements before making any selections.
