It saves us the work on the computer running each applicants info and a side benefit is seeing if the applicant if technologically challenged or not.  

I am very upset now because not only did they lie to me but now have 2 additional pets on the premises not on the pet addendum. 1 being a much younger and larger pitbull.

All things are possible and you don't even have to lie.

He lied over and over again, never told me what price he was looking for, instead wanted me to make an offer so I looked at the property and made an offer and he was so mad that he started cursing at me. 2.

That includes people that were lied to about where rates were at, at the preapproval stage, who are then told a very different number once actually in contract.

I have seen more BS, lies, deception, and bogus values out of these fringe operators than I can count.

Depending upon your comfort with technology,  I use my PC calendar to create the reminders.The Thunderbird Calendar allows multiple 'calendars' to be created, for which I use each for a unique type of activity:  Home, Properties, Activities(like standing meetings). 

Dishonest sellers, and I'm not talking fudging I'm talking outright lying. 

Do what you need to do to get a permit without lying and get the job done.
