@Gary R UrenIf the property is zoned for only one home you most likely will not be able to do thisPossibly it could be 123 main st unit a vs b but that is a post office issue and good luck dealing with the post office on this issueI would talk to them and put to mailboxes in the front and see if they can separate it by A and B unit

Assuming it's written in your management agreement somewhere that states the owners are current on all financial responsibilities related to the property, does anyone require them to actually provide a current mortgage statement, HOA payment record, taxes paid, etc..... at least at the time of the original management agreement signing.Recently had a new owner sign the agreement, only to find out after we had secured a new tenant for them, that they were in financial distress to say the least (inquiring about bankruptcy) .

If you are charging market rent, the rent you will lose for that 1 week of occupancy would afford you the ability to rent a comparable property on the market without the need for any of this kind of nonsense.
