Their isn't as much wear and tear in the bedrooms as in a living room, but carpet still has to be replaced eventually, and it is a lot easier to clean up tile between tenants.Kelly

But, in my personal opinion, it will take a lot more time, effort, energy, blood, sweat and tears to try and hold this person to the lease, take them to court, and also to have a disgruntled tenant living in your property.
