Obtain a home equity loan to help pay for our new home and reduce/eliminate personal asset?

I am just completely shocked that this house was mortgaged under a USDA FHA or VA style loan and they were able to obtain occupancy and a loan without having a class H inspection.

During the purchase we obtained a commercial mortgage.

is there anyone who is willing to walk me through how they personally go about obtaining the after repair value from the comparable sales based on renovated only homes and how they value the return to cost of renovations

What resources do you use to obtain both the mailing address and phone number for a specific neighborhood? 

If I buy a property all cash and rehab with all cash, is there a holding period to obtain a new mortgage and get take my money out?  

I used S&T Bank for the majority of my first deals.

I've bought in all of them across the board, and can tell you the least brain damage is not is the C-class areas or below.Your Team (with a capital 'T') is also critically important.

If not, how can I go about obtaining something like that or can I even obtain a soft proof of funds letter?
