we believe he is into drugs and messed up and he is again a liar and a thief(sorry) but when you give a person a chance you just cannot do that any more....damage is extensive inside mobile home, brand new door broken, flooring damaged 3 windows broken door to refridgertor broken...we did give him a verbal notice when he did pay the last month's rent, his comment I will make you lives miserable if you got to court and I will own this property...I have said enough as we are totally broke and thank you for giving us some insite....we will not able to rent this mobile home out for a very long time...we do own the property out right...yes he should have been gone last month...thank you again PB
