I'm looking to find a way to maximize a piece of property that I own with direct access to a well traveled road.

Things may get  more complicated down the road when you are dealing w/ another party who is also trying to protect their "right". 

Some times, I divert off the main roads into housing areas to do quick scans for empty homes.

Mopac is a mess but they are adding a toll road to it so that it becomes easier to travel.
