I was introduced to real estate via my cleaning company joining a team rehabbing houses.

Putting together a team for that but for much later. - SFR was purchased for $10,500 including tertiary costs.  

Bigger pockets team,  Taking a twist here from my typical SFH & duplex buy & hold rental strategy. 

I hired a window company to replace them and usually find that hiring specialists is more time consuming (when building your team) but typically results in faster project turn-around and better control over each aspect of the rehab. i.e. fire the ones that suck without impacting other subs.

I’m curious if you were able to pursue working with an investment team?

The best would be the hands on from an attorney, I always consider them part of my team.

I have already found this is a great place to learn from all sorts of people you will want on your TEAM as you grow. 

I've got sirens blaring in my brain that your state licensing board/investigation team will slap you with a fine and possibly a cease and desist letter for doing this.
