Let's say in a 5-4-3-2-1 the rate is 8.000% if you choose to buy out 24 months of PPP to a 3-2-1 PPP the rate could go up lets say to 8.500% Now, these are of course not real numbers or quoted rates, Im just using it as an arbitrary example.
