Now, I know it makes way more sense to just buy an existing house that has a decent amount of land and just skip the part where I need to put 20%-35% down but I already found the most gorgeous property that would be absolutely perfect except that there's no house.

Bring lease etcIF YOUR LEASE HAS NO WAIVER TO QUIT clau. ..I would skip the court (I actually normally take the chance anyway if they like took all their stuff) no waiver is a longer process if they left too much stuff to make it clear...go to court for nonpayment,next time, file the 3red day after first month is late.

I sometimes wonder if the paint people do that on purpose to sell more paint.So for those who like to skip to the end, the moral of the story is to get samples, put them on the wall and see what they do in multiple lighting scenarios before you spend all the money, and labor, only to hate it (or get sick of it) later!!!
