I had a thought the other day and after asking around from a handful of agents, seems like this is possible.

I'm a full time lawyer and diving into BRRR properties seems like it will take too much time.

I partner directly with hedge fund asset managers because they never seem to run out of funds.

The economy seems to be doing ok and on pace for a soft landing.

Seems like purchase and rehab need to total around 750-800k.

From a management perspective, that seems much easier.
