While I have heard very good things about Keller Williams, especially with respect to its training program, I've heard some horror stories about agents getting only 15% of the total commission.

I want to keep my BP account in good standing so I thought I should ask before doing this.I recently started my own website/blog and, being new to blogging as well as to BiggerPockets, I wasn't sure what the rules were in regards to creating a blog on BiggerPockets and copying posts from my other blog to my BP blog.The thing is, I want equally to contribute to the community here at BP as well as build my website into a useful resource in its own respect.

Most adults will/should respect a young business man if they carry themselves properly.

I needed about 10 million in Cash to break into the club and get some respect from the fellow bidders who had been doing it for years before me.. they would try to run me out.. by bidding me up .. they would buy deals with no spreads in it just in the hopes that I would get frustrated and leave.. this is very common. 

AnthonyAs long a people need places to live, there will be opportunities to make money in Real Estate :)  It can be easier in some environments vs. others. 

Based on the scant information you provided, and if they met our minimum criteria in all other respects, applicant C seems the most promising to me.

If you can produce better results through investments in property or private lending, then you can grow a nice big pile of retirement savings in a tax-deferred environment.  

We do not come from a wealthy family and every member of our family is trying to survive in their respective manner.
