Research the pros and cons of each and decide what fits best into your investment style - what you believe is the best opportunity.

An accountant can also talk to you about the pros and cons of LLCs (a C Corp might be a more efficient vehicle for a non US resident depending on how much you want to invest and how long you want to keep funds in the US).

Or do I go against what I told them only 1 month ago and respond to them outside of my business hours for a non-emergency.I can see why either option has pros and cons.
