I keep getting promotional material suggesting I "pay-off my mortgage in 5 years with a HELOC."

George hit the books.. you can read on BP here or simply go to the library and read how to real estate books.. the other thing is you can buy used guru materials on e bay for pennies on the dollars most of those have some good actionable items.. and also of course many items that are not realistic to down right illegal. 

It is a niche you can promote in many ways on social media and should be a win for you.  

Are there any issues with having them pay for it or should I pay for the materials at a minimum?

It’s pretty rotten if you’re just using it for a few isolated tasks, because absolutely, it doesn’t do any one thing perfectly and it’s not as fast as other apps.It really starts to show its brilliance once you start using it as your default bookmark/webclip app, notetaker, recipe box, repository of all your reference material, and so on.

This material is great for muffling air borne sounds like conversations, TV and radio noise.The second layer of sound protection are the resilient channels installed to the ceiling joist.

A good starting point is to figure materials and then double the number for labor.

In all good conscience, can I expose my tenants to hazardous materials, knowing they are either ignorant of it’s danger or just can’t afford to do any better?
