The Columbus (coreerocks.com) and Cincinnati (reiagc.com) local REIA associations are very active with mostly online meetings and then there is a 4 day annual convention in November (oreia convention.com).You can join and get realtor/contract recos and deals in the Columbus area by networking with other investors.

It looks like there are a few different ways to find potential partners - joining an investment club, real estate events in your area, other real estate agents, reaching out to property owners and managers you know, friends and family, lenders (hard money, traditional), financial advisors, crowdfunding, targeting your network (which I am sure you have a great one being a real estate agent!)

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.
