Looking for some help from the brain trust.What are my loan or financing options if I want to pull some money out of my rental property that have titled to my LLC?

What loan product can I use to keep my current property , rent it so it can help pay for the loan while I build the second property ?

Hostile HOAAnd of course financing.. what if you need off site improvements how are you going to pay those is the local jurisdiction going to help or you have to pay it.. or can you do an improvement district with some sort of bond act.

I want to pay back that LoC cause I’m getting smash with the interest at 8.5 percent killing me.The property also has a 3.6 percent interest i assumed for 3 more years what’s the best options for me please help.
