HUD has stripped the current flooring leaving an exposed concrete slab.

Those built 1910-1930 have the concrete block foundations that have kind of a diamond pattern on the outside of the blocks.

Especially good for heated concrete floors.

My last two appraisals, I could not be there and got hit for stupid stuff and I had no chance to dispute it because once it's done you have no recourse against the appraiser or the appraisal.Big example, I got hit for a firebox within 6 inches of a flammable surface, both walls and the floor around the fireplace are solid concrete!!!

This is not the first time I have dealt with cemesto it is a building material made of the core of sugar cane, concrete, and asbestos, I didn't catch what state your in but in Colorado it is a regulated material and requires an asbestos abatement company to remove or encapsulate it .

From landscaping and laying concrete (all by myself, I might add) to getting people in there.

Another option that is extremely practical for rentals, which is now becoming very chic, is stained concrete.

Just need water and hopefully septic and some concrete in the ground with a little acreage and space to breath.  

Difficult question to answer concretely, but these are the things I would be considering if I had this deal.

It is concrete block on 3 sides, with a metal roof on top.
