Now in regards to the databases that have alot of information on you then lexusnexis would be a big player.

This is a global, world-wide event.

IMO, the property manager is the most important team player.  

Just today, Fed-Ex slashed earnings and gave a bleak outlook for the coming 12 months, and predicting a "worldwide recession."  

Be a sponge there are lots of players here sharing what works today.

One important key element though that might help others like me in other areas is to connect with Property Management owners and other key players in the real estate industry because they have expanded access to the owners of properties, and have advanced knowledge of some properties that are about to be listed in the market to name a few.

Some players bought properties that can't support lower NOI and higher rates.
