Essentially, after paying the mortgage payment, all of your consumer debt payments, maintenance on the home, state/federal taxes, etc. we want to see how much money you have leftover each month to pay for living expenses.  

I had considered an MTR, medium-term rental, using FurnishedFinder or another specialty profession-based platform for nurses, soldiers, professors, etc.

I'll be turning 29 in June, I have a decent job in downtown Boston as a software engineer, but I am still unhappy that I have not yet started on this venture in real estate, especially since it has consumed so much of my mental thoughts.

If Zillow works out for the consumer as well as Netflix, life will be great.
