Is there anything I could do to appeal or is it too late now that I don't own the property?

I'm currently a full-time Graphic Designer/Illustrator/Photographer/Videographer – I wear many hats!

They went to appeal the decision in Conyers Rockdale County superior court.

I'm planning on renovating my first flip this month and i'm wondering what materials everyone likes to use to maximize their return on investment, create more appeal to the home, and still remain cost effective.

I also believe I can reduce the property taxes by at least $50 per month (currently $208) through an appeal I am filing in the morning. 

Problem is every person who gets a court order against them appeals to the state high court either way. 

Then I was finally able to file the deed, 2 months later the court allowed him to stay in the unit pending the appeal of the motion and Use and occupancy to me (Rent).

The idea of a steady weekly income ($1250 =/-) with quarterly(ish) $10,000 bonuses sounds appealing.

It makes for simpler transactions (less government and creditor oversight) and makes their offer more appealing to the seller.

But I have a nice new place and there is a certain appeal to it.
