I'm new to real estate (taking my state exam in the next month, just completed legal aspects) but one of my goals is to use real estate as a means to free myself to do what I'm most passionate about, and one of those things comes from my current job as a property manager.I absolutely LOVE working with students and training them on how to be a leasing agent!

I think its important to have a passion for your work, I have a friend who makes great money as a plumbing contractor, I can do plumbing but its not something I love so I probly wouldnt be as succesful at that business as he is, I think its the same in realestate many folks would like to be succesful at it and can probly do many of the things needed to be succesful but arent because there are times when it is hard work and not an easy $$$$$$$$.
