Hey everyone, I have been super busy lately and just got back from my honeymoon so I have not posted in a while but to the heart of the question that started this tread....

A topic aimed at my own heart.

And the buyers bless their hearts just dont' know what they don't know even though they have been warned by experts in the industry.. so really they just get what they will get and will only be able to look in the mirror.. 

I find the best PM have the following characteristics; a heart to serve, analytical skills, elite organization, elite communication, understanding of psychology, process focus. 

this thing is very aggressive kicks up a lot of dust and is not for the faint of heart. a cold chisel and hammer work very well you just sit on the floor and with chisel in hand begin to chip away at the mound.  

Those who let people in dire straits stay in their homes have good hearts, but to paraphrase Jd, we need to treat our properties as a business. 

They worked for a company for 40 years, gave their heart and soul, and were rewarded with being treated well and given a healthy retirement.Those days are all but non-existent today except for just  a few companies in the country.

Not one of our typical providers, so they put us in the passenger seat on many of their deals.  

With my laptop in the passenger seat I started looking up the addresses of properties I was interested in and touring the neighborhoods.
