I have 3rd party management; so, I do not have the same needs as many investors on BP and my bookkeeping could be pretty easy if I decide not to replicate every transaction from the PM in a bookkeeping package (but there are some benefits to doing this).

We have dealt with buyers that are out of state or out of country, we usually just email the docs to them, and then they print and find a US notary at the consulate or elsewhere and take the package there to sign everything.

Honestly, it's WAY better than any other standalone software package I've ever seen, because in a way, it acts like a full-blown loan servicing solution, by collecting the payments and notifying all parties if/when payments are missed (which happens much less often, because the payments come out without anybody thinking about it).
