having been a Broker for 45 years I am all for paying the commissions  but add on like this not really unless its fully disclosed prior to working with them and we agree on it..

You need to reach out to the local housing committees they will put you on their database and feed your information to their case workers. 

I can see doing the roof and starting on the exterior while they are still there but anything inside I’d probably wait on.

Our local organizations do a lot - we have representatives meeting with council members, a professional PR firm to help change the narrative on STR's here on the islands, and we're working towards increasing our own lobbying power.
