Ozone basically "burns" the smells by latching one of the 3 oxygen atoms onto anything that is organic.

The Notice of Sale Under Power (the "foreclosure notice" in Georgia) must be posted in the official county organ for four consecutive weeks prior to the First Tuesday sale date, so technically that data is available for free about a month in advance if you're prepared to harvest it from the newspaper.
