I feel it's always nice to get other investors real-world perspectives and not just the author's from a book.

Multiunit in an okay area, but not as nice/pretty.I'm going for the multiunit because the cash flow is just there.

I would consider the Chicago one but not in summer... we only have like 15 weekends a year where it is nice out and I am not spending one in a hotel

And I know it would be nice, she's trying to bring out the spanish culture in folks with food n drinks.
