Are you afraid that you're rent money is being stolen?

No matter where you choose to move, you are perfectly set up (if the money works) to house hack with your wife in one unit of a two-family and then to mid-term rent the other unit because of your medical connections.

You can either hit the report button or email support @ biggerpockets.com, can't figure out an easier way!

Find a house for sale where the owner owes no money (nationally, about 40% of homes are owned free and clear).  

Private money lenders, search on Facebook groups and meetups and they can fund it but interest would be around 12 percent though and they may look for collateral

You lose far more money on vacancy then you ever will on a lower rental rate.

If they have the money, they have the money.

Are they worth it… every year people waste money on car insurance, home insurance, and medical insurance….
