My take home pay is about 6500 a month.Its our first home btw. and we plan to live in the main unit for atleast 5 years.

We do have all of our valuables at a different location, and we have depersonalized the home.

My main takeaway is GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING before you start because that’s when people are the happiest.
