I am going to turn the 2nd living room in each unit into 3rd bedroom for each unit.

Hi everyone, I am a very new investor, and purchased my first multi-unit with the intention of updating the inside while I lived there... and later doing a cash out refinance.

These are peoples' homes that some of them lived in for years/decades, it can be challenging to move in a timely fashion. 

If so , you buy it , clean the living hell out of it .

This couple struggled with the notion that, despite our shared experiences as biracial LGBTQ+ couples, our lives and choices were our own.

2) We have reasoned in past discussions that there is not necessarily a true 'shortage' of housing....it is often more of a situation where people cannot live exactly where they want to. 3) Of course everyone wants to live close to work, close to downtown, etc....but not everyone gets to have that luxury.
