I have tried the mailman lead, that works great.  

The idea of being able to spend one week working and 3 weeks as a Stay-at-home-dad with his girls (truly leading a kind of 4 hour work week suggested by Tim Farris) and becoming financially free within 5 years (give or take)  is a dream come true for him!

What lead generation software would anyone recommend?

Being new to the business, I am on the lookout for another experienced wholesaler or flipper here in Columbus to guide me through my first few deals in exchange for a chunk of the profit once the leads start rolling in (hopefully).   

I believe you can also put your signature at the bottom of your post, which then potentially generates leads, at minimum makes it easier for others to see how to contact you or your website. 

Too early to report significant successes, but a few calls have come in and I have one promising lead.

I have a lead on a property down the road from me.

I will attempt the wholesalers options, just here in South Florida these wholesalers all share the same leads.

I have no time or interest in finding motivated sellers directly, and would rather work with a wholesaler or real estate professional to do the legwork and find qualified leads.  

Then, you'll better know the type lead to market to and what motivates them as a seller.
