I didn’t really shop around, but I’m sure if you did you could find the best deal/terms.

Shop around like I did and negotiate.

Mom and Pop shops destroyed, (by protest/looters not practicing social distancing) landlords being stripped of their constitutional right to due process and unlawful taking our property (rents and security).  

There is a 1,050 sq ft. shop on the property I want to rent out which is one of the big reasons I bought the property.

While I would gladly pay 250 not to have to do it myself, call around because in my experience with things like this prices can vary wildly so shop around. 

With that said, I once did a full inspection on a hybrid property that has self storage, 4 residential apartments, a commercial office space, and an industrial 4-bay shop.

Convenient location close to shopping, Outlet Mall, Wiregrass Mall and restaurants.
