I am looking to get into the RE wholesaling side of the industry and would like to meet a mentor to open their knowledge and experience resources to me.

Our customers aren't specific to job or industry like oil field jobs since we cover a large area.

I have been on here for a couple weeks and when I started I really didn't have any knowledge of the industry.

I am a 4th year student in college and I know I don't have a significant amount of capital to begin with so I am planning on starting out with wholesaling to gain some knowledge of the industry and some firsthand experience (with slightly less financial risk) and most importantly build up capital!

I'm new to investing and while I don't have my RE license, I don't have much capital for investing, I'm looking for a way to take a step forward in the industry and more or less just get a foot in the door.  

The paint we used was as industrial as could be had.Some of this was to meet local standards (which were very loose) and some to minimize repairs.

I hope learn more about the current resources and trends so I can survive and someday hopefully thrive in this industry as many of you do now. 

I have been in the same industry for 17 months and that started the week after I left high school just looking for flexible lenders.

@Pete Largo, while I would say 10% is an industry standard, I see many, many deals that are far less than that.
