No matter what your circumstances are, virtue--courage, temperance, generosity, honor, friendliness, and all the rest can serve to make you happier in the most human way possible.

This is entirely my own thing, and nothing to do with the broader question hereGenerally more simple: I think it has been well proven that the vast majority of humanity cannot pick individual stocks, while it seems (SEEMS) to me that more people are able to find deals in real estate. 

Every May (8 years now) I participate in a week-long charity bike ride supporting Habitat for Humanity called Cover Indiana.

If all you want is a warm body willing to babysit your house for free this is your guy. 

@James Masotti ... hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa if any type of pest control issue arises, I personally CANNOT make it LOL  I'm not into bugs, rodents or any of the other species of non human. 

And, human nature being what it is, makes it a challenge for all but the highest-integrity (and altruistic!)

When a property developer finds an old property in a historic district of an urban area that currently has many code violations not safe for human habitation, is there money or tax advantages out there they can get from the state and federal government to help them revitalize the property?

I’m going to be out of town but will need a warm body at the sale to make a few purchases.
