Also I do buy and hold and one of the best pieces of advice I've gotten from BP is never buy on hopes of appreciation....cashflow...but I'm thinking longer term (I feel that would still apply to the five year plan though).

I appreciate any and all information that the property owner provides, and it makes my job much easier, especially if its an area that I am less familiar with.I will say this, I verify every piece of information that is provided, and I usually ask questions I already know the answer to just to see how truthful the property owner is being with me.

the funny thing is...i worked making outbound calls and taking inbound calls for over 2 years, lol..its just been a little while but im sure i will get over it..like you said once i start calling a few people it will be a piece of cake.
