You can find title companies/attorneys on Google, asking a realtor, wholesaler, investor, and there are some on BiggerPockets.

A quick google search shows that Tennessee does allow online notary signing, this would seems to be a much better option, can this be done? 

My tenants were recently notified that Google Fiber is available now on my street and they requested I approve the installation process.

I did a google search for qualified intermediaries near me and the results were not what I expected.

The high-end "executive" rental is in high demand here right now with tons of people moving here who are looking to buy property who need to rent until they find something, people who sold their homes and aren't able to find a replacement property, nomadic tech-workers working remotely/on contract assignments with google, microsoft, etc.
