It takes work to maintain that script, though, it's not something a non-programmer could maintain; plus, I have to already have interpreted the meaning of each document, and named the files in a unique way that includes the date, so that the Perl script files it away in the right place.If I could automate the web-site interactivity part, and connect that to a calendar-based trigger of some sort (on the last day of the month, login to THESE sites and download all the files), that would go a long way to freeing up my time.As a real estate investor, I want the freedom to have 10X the properties I have today.

I'm a part timer as my full time job is in Cyber Security, but I see real estate investing as my vehicle to achieve financial freedom.

The path to financial freedom is often a long one, if your comfort level is with a different class I would wait until you're ready for that specific investment.

I know I'm being optimistic that I can go from zero REI experience to financial freedom in 3-5 years, but I'm not saying I'll be sitting on a beach in that timeline, I know I'll be working, just want to be working on my own wealth and business/investments rather than someone elses. 

I think we’re all in the real estate business for financial freedom etc. so I like to provide cost effective ideas for construction and help find a solution to a dead end.

Focusing on cashflowing properties thousand of miles away can be nothing more than a job swap with no extra freedom.
