In any event get all money meant for expenses out of checking ASAP so that you don't think it's money you have.

Sorry for the confusion, I meant VA loan. 

I meant that when I googled the owners name that their obituary had come up in the newspaper and that's how I knew that specific property was a probate.

Just because someone is on section 8 doesn't meant they are a bad person...you just need to decide if you're going to be a landlord who accepts section 8 tenets or a "slum lord" who tries to milk every penny they can out of the system.

So if you meant take out $200 I would try and refi before you have it rented.
